摘　　要：报告了细胞核Ｔ３受体研究工作中的实验方法，包括：人胎儿脑组织标本的制备与保存条件；受体及其结合的反应特点；组织中内源激素的测定；对Ｔ３受体测定方法中的某些问题与国内外一些作者进行商榷。xperimental method was reported in the nuclear T3 rceptor research,including preparation and stouage conditions of brain specimen from human fetus,characterization of receptor and its binding to T3,determination of endogenic hormone in tissues,and discussion of some questions in T3 receptor analysis.The method and theory in this paper were also basically convenient to the assay of cell membrane receptor.
