番茄红素对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响

摘  要:100例血糖稳定的2型糖尿病患者按血糖水平分为试验组和对照组,每组50例,试验组每日服用番茄红素18mg,对照组服用安慰剂,观察30天。在开始和结束时测定FPG、2hPG和尿糖。试验结束时试验组患者血糖和尿糖明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。One hundred type 2 diadetics whose blood glucose level had been stabilized were randomly divided into 2 group. The study group took capsules with 18rag lycopene (LP) every day for 30 days,and the control group took the same capsules without LP. The fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and urine glucose were measured respectively. The blood glucose and urine glucose were significantly lower in study group than in control group after therapy(P〈0. 01).
