摘　　要：目的探讨阴茎癌及其癌旁组织中癌基因ｒａｓ产物ｐ２１蛋白表达的临床意义。方法用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测３２例阴茎癌、３２例癌旁组织和１６例正常阴茎组织的癌基因ｒａｓ产物ｐ２１蛋白。结果２８例癌组织，８例癌旁组织中有ｐ２１蛋白表达，而１６例正常阴茎组织中ｐ２１阴性。ｐ２１蛋白和病理分级、临床分期呈正相关表达，即随着分级和分期的上升阳性增强，并且癌旁组织ｐ２１蛋白表达阳性者都显示了早期复发和转移的不良预后。结论ｐ２１蛋白可作为阴茎癌恶性程度及预后评估的参考指标。Objective To explore the clinical significance of expression of oncogene ras product p21 protein in the tissues of penis cancer and its surrounding tissues. Method Oncogen ras product p21 protein in 32 cases of penis cancer,32 cases of paracarcinoma tissues and in 16 cases of normal penis tissues were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. Result p21 protein expressed in 28 cases of penis cancer and 8 cases of paracarcinoma tissues, but it did not express in 16 cases of normal penis. Expression of p21 protein was related to pathologcal grading and clinical stage i. e,expression of p21 protein enhanced with the increasing of grading and stage. The positive cases of p21 protein expression in paracarnoma tissue had worse impact on the prognosis of early recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion p21 protein could be used as predictor of malignant potential and prognosis of penis cancer.
