摘　　要：目的：观察ＥＢ病毒基因ＢＨＲＦ１的表达对鼻咽癌细胞生存能力的影响。方法：通过构建携有ＢＨＲＦ１的高表达载体，并转染低分化鼻咽癌细胞株ＣＮＥ２细胞。检测转染后癌细胞周期各时相分布的改变和在缺乏营养条件下的生长情况。结果：ＢＨＲＦ１的表达能使Ｇ１期细胞百分比升高，Ｓ期细胞百分比下降，癌细胞在缺血清条件下生存时间延长。结论：ＢＨＲＦ１的表达能促使鼻咽癌细胞周期的重新分布。Objective: To observe the effect of BHRF1 expression on the growth of the cell of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: High expression vector for BHRF1 was set up and transfected in low grade cell line of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, CNE2. Then the cells were tested for redistribution of cell cycle and cultivated under the condition of insufficient nutrition. Results: BHRF1 expression increased cell percentage in G1 phase and decreased cell percentage in S phase, which prolonged cell survival under the condition of nutrition deprivation. Conclusion: BHRF1 expression can redistribute cell cycle and enhance survival of tumor cells.
