摘  要:针对内河航运的特点,提出应用数字图像处理技术,进行内河航道矢量化电子地图设计和制作的方法。该方法采用领域平均滤波和航道曲线插值拟合等算法,按照"点线面"三个图层采集航道地理信息数据,自动形成矢量化的航道地理信息数据库。在此基础上,建立了珠江三角洲内河航道电子地图开发系统,并完成了珠三角航道电子地图的矢量化和地理信息的数据采集。试验结果表明,所开发的珠三角航道电子地图,精度良好,界面友好,运算效率高,数据库的更新和维护简便,满足内河船舶监控的实际应用要求。A method is offered for the inland shipping that vectorization digital map for inland rivers can be designed by digital image process, in which according to position information data collect for river routes composed of point, line and area, algorithms has been applied as adjacent field average filter and curve fit value insertion, so vectorized river route geography databank will be built automatically, by which digital map development system has been built for inner Pearl river route, so that geographical information data about vectorized route have been collected. The experiment result shows that developed digital map can be applied in scout to the inland ships with higher precision, visual interface, shorter calculative time and convenient data modification.
