摘 要:分别建立了不考虑和考虑供应商之间配送批量匹配性的生产和配送协同决策模型,采用模拟退火算法(SA)对后者进行求解,结合算例,对两种协同决策模型进行了比较分析。结果表明:考虑供应商之间配送批量匹配性后,供应链系统及供应商单位时间的生产和物流成本显著降低,但Supply Hub运营商与制造厂商的物流成本有所上升。In order to study the collaborative decision problem about suppliers" distribution lot-sizing in context of Supply Hub, the collaborative decision models between production and distribution for considering and not considering the distribution lot-sizing matching among suppliers were proposed respectively. Simulated Annealing algorithm was presented to solve the collaborative decision model of considering distribution lot-sizing matching. The results were compared with that of model not considering distribution lot-sizing matching. It is shown that the setup cost and logistics cost per unit time in the supply chain and that of suppliers is greatly reduced after considering distribution lot-sizing matching among suppliers, while the per unit time logistics cost of Supply Hub operator and the manufacture is increased.
