摘 要:从公共建设项目代建制模式下组织的行为、任务及外部环境之间的互动角度,分析并设计代建制组织的激励和约束机制。基于委托代理理论和社会心理学理论,采用多智能体仿真方法对系统进行建模并构建模拟系统,提出2组共8种激励措施假设,通过模拟实验,观察在不同风险偏好、不同外部环境的组合条件下,各种激励措施所产生的组织行为、任务完成的效果及规律。模拟结果表明,代建制下对代建人群体的激励机制与已有文献对代建人个体的激励机制的研究结果有明显不同。The incentive measures aiming at agent construction organization of public project should be developed according to the interaction mechanisms. The system is modeled based on principal-agent theory and social psycology theory, and the multi-agent simulation method is adopted. Two sets of total eight incentive measure assumptions are put forward. The assumptions were verified under the various conditions structured by the combinations of different risk preference of construction agents and external environment through the research on the interactions among the behavior of group, tasks outcome and the environment factors. The general conclusions are presented which are obviously different from the ones of individual already proposed by the other literatures.
