全面精益管理概念的界定

摘　　要：对精益管理理论做长期研究后对早期提出的"全面精益管理"的概念及其涉及的范围做出进一步的论述。采用推理的手法引证了"全面精益管理"概念的提出是对精益管理理论应用研究的新趋势和创新诉求的体现;界定"全面精益管理"的概念时强调精益思想的本源是剔出浪费和精益哲学在管理实践中的系统性和准确性的新理念,在诠释"全面精益管理"的概念时从观念、观察视角、管理对象和理论基础等四个层次进行了较为全面的论述。最后,论述了全面精益管理的核心价值是要关注企业生存环境,强调企业确保永续经营的基础,提出了准确管理的新观点和消除浪费现象的新视角。This paper is subsequent results after author＇s long-term researching the Lean management theory. Its purpose is to make further discussion on his early research of the concept and the scope of the Total Lean Management （TLM）. It cites the concept of TLM put forward by reasoning approach, which embodies new trends and innovations in application and research of lean management theory. It emphasizes that the origin of TLM is to get rid of the waste and lean philosophy is the new ideas in the systematic and accurate management practice . This paper interprets the concept of TLM based on the following four levels： idea,observation perspective, managed object,and the theoretical basis. Finally,it discusses the core value of TLM that is to pay attention to the environment for the survival of enterprises, and to emphasize the basis of continuous operation for enterprises. It provides new ideas of accurate management and new perspective of elimination of waste.
