国产吻合器在胃癌经腹全胃切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评估国产吻合器在胃癌经腹全胃切除术中应用的安全性和实用性。方法:对近年来应用国产吻合器行食管空肠吻合78例进行回顾性分析。结果:所有吻合均一次成功,术后无吻合口漏,无吻合口出血。结论:在胃癌根治术中应用国产吻合器安全可靠,并发症少,值得推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the safety and utility of the applying of the stapler made in China in the total gastrectomy in treatment of gastric carcinoma. Method： 78 cases with gastric carcinoma undergoing esophagus jejunum anastomosis using the stapler made in China in the past few years were retrospectively analyzed. Result： All the anastomosis process were succeed at one time, there was no stomal leak and stomal hemorrhage. Conclusion ： The applying of the stapler made in China in the radical correction of gastric carcinoma was safety and reliability, and there were few complications. We suggest that it＇ s worth spreading to applying.
