摘　　要：产学研合作是企业进行技术创新的一种重要形式,为了进一步推动我国的自主创新,研究产学研合作仍然有着现实意义。要想获得持续发展,必须在进行技术创新的同时进行制度创新,本文基于超循环理论,通过对其三个循环的阐述,建立了产学研合作的超循环模型,并且对该模型所具有的超循环模型的特性进行了分析,在此基础上,给出了企业在管理手段、管理方式及管理机构等方面产学研合作存在和保持并有序发展需要进行的制度创新。The cooperation of enterprises, universities and institutions is an important form of enterprise＇s technology innovation. In order to promote technology innovation independent, we should research the cooperation of enterprises, universities and institutions further. To maintain development, an enterprise must carry out system innovation with technology innovation. By using the hyper cycle theory, this paper establishes the model of hyper cycle on cooperation of enterprises, universities and institutions, analysis the characteristics of the modeL At last, in manage method, manage pattern, manage institution, this paper give advices about how to make system innovation of enterprise to make, maintain and develop the cooperation of enterprises, universities and institutions.
