摘  要:以布朗葡萄藻(Botryococcus braunii)764株(B764)和765株(B765)为实验材料,研究了株间共培养(接种比例为纯B764、1:9、3:7、5:5、7:3、9:1、纯B765)对藻细胞生物量、总烃含量、总脂肪酸含量的影响,以及添加另一株的藻滤液对其生长的影响。结果表明:两株布朗葡萄藻的混合培养能够增加藻细胞群体的生物量,且布朗葡萄藻764株占主体,同时存在一定量765的混合培养群体生物量明显高于纯培养的布朗葡萄藻(P〈0.05);布朗葡萄藻株间共培养可以发生互利促进效应,低浓度的布朗葡萄藻765藻滤液对布朗葡萄藻764的生长具有显著促进作用(P〈0.05)。布朗葡萄藻能够向胞外培养液中释放化感物质,藻滤液中的低浓度的化感物质可以对受体微藻产生一定促进作用。Effect of co-culture on the growth of B. braunii764 and 765 was studied in batch culture. The inoculation proportions of B. braunii764 vs B. braunii765 were 1:9, 3:7, 5:5, 7:3, 9:1, respectively,. Algal biomass, fatty acids and hydrocarbon were determined to reflect the influence of co-culture on the population growth. The results showed that co-culture of two B. braunii strains could increase the population growth, and that B. braunii764 dominated. Co-culturing with certain amount of B. braunii765 led to an increase in algal biomass as compared with the control(P〈0.05). It is suggested that there is stimulative allelopathy in B. braunii. Growth of B. braunii 764 under cell free extracts of B. braunii765 revealed stimulative effect significantly(P〈0.05). B. braunii can excrete allelopathic substances during its growth, while low density of such substance may increase the growth of the receptors.
