PA-MSHA菌苗联合S-180瘤苗对荷瘤小鼠白细胞IL_1产生的影响

摘　　要：本文应用ＰＡ—ＭＳＨＡ菌苗联合Ｓ—１８０瘤苗对荷瘤小鼠体外试验发现，ＰＡ—ＭＳＨＡ菌苗联合Ｓ—１８０瘤苗比单独用Ｓ—１８０瘤苗或ＰＡ—ＭＳＨＡ菌苗对荷瘤小鼠有更强的增强小鼠腹腔ＭφＩＬ１产生的能力，提示联合瘤苗能提高荷瘤宿主的免疫功能。Vitro experiments on the effect of injection of PA-MSHA vaccine combined with S-180 tumor vaccine in tumor-bearing mice showed that in such mice the combined　use of these vaccines had a stronger effect on increasing the production of MφIL1 in the peritoneal cavity than the use of either of the vaccines This result suggested that the use of combined vaccines could enhance the immunity of tumor-bearing organism
