摘　　要：目的探讨RUNX3蛋白在原发性肝细胞癌中的表达状况及其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测50例原发性肝细胞癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织中RUNX3的表达。结果RUNX3在原发性肝细胞癌组织中的表达率显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05),RUNX3的表达与肝内或淋巴结转移及肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、HbsAg、AFP无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论RUNX3蛋白在原发性肝细胞癌组织中呈低表达,可能与肝癌的发生有关,并对肝癌恶性程度及预后判断可能有意义。Objective To investigate the expression of RUNX3 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） and its relationship With clinical pathological features Methods Expression of RUNX3 was determined in 50 primary hepatocellular carcinoma and its para - cancer tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of RUNX3 in the HCC tissue was significantly lower than those in para - cancer tissue （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The expression of RUNX3 was correlated with aversion in liver or absorbent gland, differention, （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with gender, age, HbsAg, AFP（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of RUNX3 protein is low in primary hepatoeellular carcinoma maybe correlated with development of it and maybe have significance with malignancy and prognosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
