摘　　要：首先,通过分析高校办公室在构建和谐校园中的角色定位,指出和谐是办公室工作的根本要求、目标和精髓;其次,通过论述办公室如何在日常事务管理中促进和谐校园建设、在辅助决策中推动和谐校园建设、在服务师生中保障和谐校园建设,以及如何加强办公室自身和谐建设;最后,提出只有明确办公室自身的角色定位和要求,加强自身和谐建设,才能通过优质工作和热情的服务,为创建安定、有序、和谐的校园环境做出贡献。First, by analyzing the university＇s office in the roles of building a harmonious campus, then pointing out that harmony is the fundamental requirement for office work, objectives and the essence; Secondly, analyze how the office manage the daily affairs of the promotion of harmonious campus construction, the auxiliary decision-making of promoting the harmonious campus construction, in the service of the teachers and students to guarantee the harmonious campus construction, as well as how to strengthen the office construction of its own harmony; Finally, the article clearly define that the role and demands of the office of its own and to strengthen the construction of their own harmony, and then work through the high quality and enthusiasm of services to contribute to the campus by creating a stable, orderly and harmonious environment.
