摘 要:复合硅橡胶不仅可解决65Mn金属橡胶的耐腐蚀性差的问题、显著提高金属橡胶的刚度,而且使其应力-应变曲线的曲线特征发生较大改变;复合后的静态损耗因子仍然保持在0.40-0.50的较高水平上,动态损耗因子随密度增加而下降的速度低于复合前,说明金属橡胶/硅橡胶复合阻尼材料在动态减振、隔振方面存在较好的应用前景。Composite technique of metal rubber and silicone rubber is researched. Test results show that the material composed by 65Mn metal rubber and silicone rubber has a higher ability of anti-corrosion and higher stiffness in comparison with the 65Mn metal rubber. Its feature of stress-strain curve is also changed significantly. Its static loss-factor is still preserved in a high level of 0.4 - 0.5. Its dynamic loss-factor decreases with the increase of density more slowly than the 65Mn metal rubber. This shows that the multiplex damping materials, which are composed by metal rubber and silicone rubber, have good prospects for engineering applications in the aspect of vibration reduction and vibration isolation.
