摘  要:在ZS195直喷柴油机和195S-1涡流室式柴油机上分别进行乙醇-柴油混合燃料的对比试验,试验表明:在燃烧不同混合燃料时,直喷式柴油机的当量油耗率较涡流室柴油机低,而涡流室式柴油机当量油耗率变化不大。在不同燃烧系统下,燃烧不同混合燃料的排放对比试验研究结果表明,涡流室式柴油机的排放性较好,NOx和碳烟的排放相对直喷式柴油机在高负荷时,其降幅达到50%以上,CO的降幅达到21%以上,HC排放则有升有降。The comparative trial research on the ZS195 direct injection diesel engine and swirl chamber diesel engine fueled with ethanol-diesel mixture, the experiment result showed that after using ethanol-diesel mixture on the diesel engine, the equivalent brake specific fuel consumption rate was lower direct injection diesel engine than swift chamber diesel engine. But swirl chamber diesel engine fueled with ethanol-diesel mixture had only a little change. The comparative trial study of emission fueled with ethanol-diesel mixture showed that swirl chamber diesel engine's emission was better than direct injection diesel engine's emission. At high load, NOx and smoke could reduce 50%, CO could decrease 21%, but there was up and down for HC.
