摘　　要：顶岗实习是专业教学的重要组成部分,是教学活动的继续,是提高学生实践技能和专业能力的重要教学方式。对顶岗实习进行科学设计、合理安排、精心组织、规范管理是提高顶岗实习教学质量的关键,也是提高人才培养质量的重要课题。从顶岗实习主要存在的三方面的问题入手,提出顶岗实习得以顺利实施的前提条件,以及安全问题过程管理和过程实施规范化等焦点问题的解决途径。Internship program is an indispensable chain of vocational education, an important teaching method to improve students＇ practice skills and professional competence. Key to improve the quality of intemship is to carry out a scientific plan, a reasonable arrangement, a careful organization and a standard management. It is also an important topic on how to improve the quality of personnel training.
