唇膏中苏丹红染料的测定

摘　　要：文章采用高效液相法测定唇膏中苏丹红染料(苏丹红Ⅰ～Ⅳ号)。试样中的苏丹红染料用氯仿∶乙醇(1∶1)提取出来后,经固相萃取净化,再用乙腈溶解定容,用HPLC进行测定。以乙腈—乙酸水溶液(95+5)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,以Agilent TC C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)作为分析柱,进行分析测定。该方法检出限为10μg/kg,回收率为85%～105%。研究表明该方法准确而快速。HPLC was applied to determination the amounts of sudan deys（sudan Ⅰ- sudanⅣ）in lipstick. Sudan dyes in the sample were extracted with solution（chloroform ： ethanol=1 ： 1）, and purified by solid phase extraction, then solubilized by acetonitrile. It was determined by HPLC. The Agilent TC C18 chromatographic column（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）was used in the analysis. The mobile phase used was a mixture of acetonitrile and acetic acid solution with a ratio of 95 to 5 by volume. The flow-rate chosen was 1.0 mL/min Detection limit the new HPLC deys in lipstick of the method was found to be 10 μg/kg, and the result sobtained were in the range of 85 %-105 %. The results showed analysis method was both correct and fast, and the method was enough to be used in determinating the amounts of sudan deys in lipstick.
