下颌第一磨牙远中三根管的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察下颌第一磨牙远中是否存在第三根管,以期为临床治疗中避免下颌第一磨牙远中根管的遗漏提供指导。方法:选取需做根管治疗的下颌第一磨牙172例,采用探针和扩大针探查远中根管,并与X线技术相结合以确定下颌第一磨牙远中根管的数目。结果:172例下颌第一磨牙中发现远中第三根管2例。结论:下颌第一磨牙远中第三根管的出现增加了临床治疗中遗漏根管的机率,因而根管治疗时对根管数目的仔细检查非常重要。Objective： To observe if there is the existence of a third root canal in the distal root of the mandibular first molar so as to avoid the clinical treatment of mandibular first molar root canal in the distal root left to provide guidance. Methods： Choice the lower the distal root canals and combining with X-ray technology to determine the number of distal root canals in the mandibular first molar. Results： There were 2 cases found distal third root canals among 172 cases of the lower first molars. Conclusion ： The existence of the distal third root canal in the lower first molar, which increased by the emergence of root canal missed chances in the clinical treatment, so it is very important to double-check the number of root canals when operating root canal treatment.
