摘  要:用含有0、2.5、5、10、30 mmol.L-1NaCl的Hoagland溶液处理小麦幼苗,处理4周后测定干重、K+含量、净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度、质膜透性、叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等指标。结果表明,低浓度NaCl(2.5、5 mmol.L-1)处理使小麦的光合作用增强,SOD和CAT活性增加,膜透性和MDA含量降低;同时,K+在植株体内的含量提高,干物质积累增加,促进了小麦生长。Seedlings of Triticum aestivum L. were treated with different concentrations of NaCl (0, 2. 5, 5, 10 and 30 mmol · L^-1). Then the dry weight, K^+ content, net photosynthetic rate, intracellular CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, the content of malondiadehyde (MDA) and chlorophyll, membrane permeability, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were investigated after 4 weeks treatment. The results showed that the photosynthesis of Triticum aestivum L. was enhanced under 2.5 and 5 mmol· L^-1 · NaCl ( low concentration) treatment, The activities of SOD and CAT were promoted by low concentration of NaCI. MDA content and electrolyte leakage reduced. Furthermore, the accumulation of K^ + increased. All the above changes led to the promotion in growth of Triticum aestivum L. under low concentration of NaCl.
