摘　　要：澳门创业活动水平研究主要是探索澳门地区的创业活动的总体特征,分析澳门创业活动水平的因素,从而促进澳门地区的创业激励政策的制定和实施。创业活动及创业效率是国家及城市经济活力的源泉,对经济增长的贡献是长期的和潜在的,深入有序地研究及了解地区的创业活动及创业效率有助地区经济发展政策的制定。澳门近年经济腾飞,2007年本地生产总值实质增长率为27.3%。良好的经济发展实在是澳门特区的一个令人鼓舞的奇迹。在经济急速的发展过程中,被较多研究忽略的澳门创业活动的水平与其它国内城市的差异如何?这些问题正是本论文研究的内容。Entrepreneurship Efficiency is the sources of urban economy vigor,and its contribution to economic growth is long-term and potential.Research findings on the area of undertaking are important for the formulation and implementation of regional economy policies.In recent years,Macao economy had reached another quantum lift.In 2007,Macao real GDP had reached the value of 27.3% as the result of the opening market of the gaming industry.However,in the course of rapid economic development,how is the undertaking environment of the city？ How the difference of starting an undertaking compared with other domestic cities？
