面对自然灾害确保通信畅通的几点思考

摘　　要：现代条件下,通信网络的安全性和可靠性,受到多种自然灾害的损害和破坏,认真总结自然灾害的经验教训,加强现代条件下自然灾害规律的研究,提高通信网络的防灾减灾能力显得极为重要。In the modem condition,the safety and reliability of the communication network is damaged by many kinds of natural disaster. It seems extremely important that we should carefully summarize the experience on natural disaster and strengthen the research of natural disaster＇s principle to improve the communication network＇s ability for avoiding the disaster.
