摘　　要：中外合作办学在发展过程中,逐步显示出其优势,也暴露出诸多问题。以云南农业大学中外合作办学项目为例,结合云南实际,讨论如何利用中外合作办学提高和促进云南农业大学高等教育国际化的发展和水平,并分析云南农业大学在中外合作办学方面存在的不足,提出改进建议。The advantage of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Universities gradually shows during its process, at the same time, there are many problems happening in the process of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Universities. How to use the great opportunity of internationalization of higher education to develop and accelerate the level of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Universities in Yunnan Province is the key issue we need to deal with.
