摘 要:目的探讨p53PIN3基因多态性与贵州地区汉族乳腺癌遗传易感性之间的关系。方法采用序列特异性引物,以PCR技术分析117例乳腺癌患者和123例健康对照个体外周血DNA p53基因第3内含子多态性的分布情况。结果在117例乳腺癌患者和123例对照中,均未发现A′/A′基因型,由于A′/A′基因型较少,无法进行统计学处理,因此将A/A′、A′/A′两种基因型合并,与A/A基因型比较,乳腺癌组与对照组基因型频率分布有显著性差异(P<0.05);A、A′等位基因频率在患者组和对照组间比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论p53第3内含子基因多态性与贵州地区汉族妇女乳腺癌遗传易感性存在相关性。Objective To investigate the association of p53^PIN3 gene polymorphism with the susceptibility to breast cancer in Guizhou women.Methods p53^PIN3 genotyping was performed by DNA fragments with sequence specific primers among 117 patients with breast cancer and 123 healthy control women.Results There were no cases with homozygous for A'/A' genotype in breast cancer patients and control population. That incorporate A/A, A'/A' genotype and compared with A/A genotype, significant difference was shown between two groups ( P 〈 0.05). there was significant difference between A and A' allele in breast cancer and control population( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In Guizhou women p53^PIN3 gene polymorphism is associated with development of primary breast cancer.
