摘　　要：从技术引进到自主创新是发展中国家利用世界先进技术、实现技术追赶的现实选择。对20世纪80年代以来,有关从技术学习到自主创新能力的形成问题进行了较为细致的梳理,其中包括技术学习、自主创新的内涵,从技术学习到自主创新的过程模式及其影响因素等问题。并在综合评价现有文献的基础上,提出了今后研究的重点和方向。From the introduction of technology to independent innovation is a realistic choice fbr developing countries utilizing and catching up with the world＇s advanced technology. In this paper, some studys from the 1980s on how to enhance the technical capability of independent innovation by Technological Learning are intrduced. These include the connotation Of Technological Learning and independent innovation,the Evolution models from technical learnin2 toindependent innovation and its impact factors. Then this paper brings up a comprehensiveevaluation of the existing literature,some future research focus and direction.
