摘　　要：日本职业培训的沿革过程就是日本职业培训立法适应社会经济发展水平不断调整与完善的过程。通过对日本职业培训立法进行追溯,探讨日本职业培训立法,以期有助于我国的职业培训立法,从而促进我国职业培训的良性运行和协调发展。Vocational training development in Japan is the process of constant adjustment and self - improvement of the vocational training legislation to adapt to a level of socio - economic development. Studies on vocational training legislation are made by reviewing the vocational training legislation in Japan in order to benefit the vocational training legislation, and also to promote a healthy operation and coordinated deveopment of vocational training in China.
