摘 要:研究了盐(NaCl)胁迫下嫁接茄幼苗渗透调节能力和ABA含量的变化。结果表明:嫁接茄、野生茄比自根茄能积累更多的脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质,说明嫁接能够提高茄子的渗透调节能力。在盐胁迫下茄苗内源ABA含量增加,无论是根系还是叶片在同一盐浓度下,嫁接茄、野生茄ABA含量高于自根苗,推测ABA含量高是嫁接茄耐盐性提高的又一原因。The change of osmoregulation ability and ABA content of grafting eggplant seedling under NaCl stress was studied in this paper. The results showed that grafting eggplant and wild eggplant can accumulate more proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein than self-roots eggplant, we could say the osmoregulation of eggplant improved by grafting. The endogenous ABA content in eggplant seedling increased under salt stress. And the ABA content in grafting eggplant and wild eggplant was higher than self-roots eggplant in roots and leaves at seedling stage. So we made a speculation that the higher ABA content was one of the reason that grafting eggplant has a better salt tolerance.
