摘  要:目的探讨原发性肺癌99Tcm-甲氧异丁基异氰(99Tcm-MIBI)显像与肺癌组织中谷胱甘肽S转移酶π(GST-π)、DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱa(TopoⅡa)表达的关系。方法对34例原发性肺癌患者术前行早期与延迟99Tcm-MIBI显像,应用免疫组织化学方法检测术后标本中多药耐药蛋白GST-π、TopoⅡa的表达水平。比较早期摄取比值(EUR)、晚期摄取比值(DUR)及放射性清除指数(WR)与GST-π、TopoⅡa表达的关系。结果99Tcm-MIBI早期、延迟显像阳性率分别为89.5%、82.4%,GST-π、TopoⅡa表达阳性率分别为78.5%、61.7%,GST-π、TopoⅡa表达阳性组和阴性组间EUR、DUR、WR差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论99Tcm-MIBI显像与肺癌组织中GST-π、TopoⅡa表达无相关性,不具有检测肺癌患者肿瘤组织中GST-π、TopoⅡa表达的价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between lung imaging with ^99Tc^m- MIBI(hexakis 2 - methoxyisobutylisonitrile) and the expression of GST - π ( glutathione S - transferase - π) or DNA Topo Ⅱa in lung cancer. Methods In 34 patients with primary lung cancer, presurgically the early and delayed lung imaging with ^99Tc^m - MIBI were performed, then postsurgically the expression level of GST - π and Topo IIa in samples of lung cancer were measured with immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the early uptake ratio(EUR) ,delayed uptake ratio(DUR) or washing ratio(WR) and the expression level of GST - π and Topo IIa was compared. Results The positive rate of early or delayed MIBI uptake was 89.5% ,82.4% respectively. The positive rate of GST -π or Topo Ⅱa expression was 78.5% ,61.7% respectively. No significant difference lied between EUR,DUR or WR and the expression of GST-π or Topo Ⅱa between positive and negative groups( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The lung imaging with ^99Tc^m- MIBI is not relative to the expression of GST - π or Topo Ⅱa,so the former doesn; t have the value to dectect the latter.
