保尔佳治疗癌痛39例临床观察

摘　　要：1994年6月至1996年5月作者将病理确诊的75例癌症疼痛住院患者随机分成2组：保尔佳加综合治疗的治疗组39例；单用综合治疗的对照组36例，结果表明治疗后的疼痛级数治疗组为4．9±1．1，明显低于对照组5．4±0．8（P＜0．05），而疼痛缓解总有效率治疗组为82．1％，高于对照组55.6％（P＜0．05）。作者认为保尔佳配合癌症的综合治疗，可以明显提高癌痛的缓解率，值得临床研究和应用。Seventy - five in - patients will cancer pain were randomly divided into 2 groups: therapy grouppolyerga plus combined heatment and conical group-combined therapy oaly for a total pened of 8 12weeks from June 1994 to May1996. m results showed that the pain progressions after treatment of therapyand control groups were 4.9 ± 1. 1 and 5 .4 ± 0. 8, respectively(P < 0.05). The total pain remission ratesof therapy and control groups were 82. 1 % and 55. 6%, respectively(P < 0.05). The authors suggest thatpolyerga plus combined therapy can enhance total pain remission rate of the cancer pain patients. Fultherstudies are warranted.
