摘 要:均质压缩燃烧(HCCI)是一种新的燃烧方式,要实现对HCCI发动机的实时控制还很困难。为了保证HCCI发动机系统的可靠性和实时性,开发了基于单片机和CAN总线的汽油HCCI发动机分布式控制系统。采用分层闭环管理的思想,把整个控制体系划分为负荷控制、燃烧相位控制和机构控制三个层次,每个层次采用独立的闭环控制,将复杂的HCCI控制任务简化成一系列简单的任务。该系统结构清晰,易于实现,而且具有较高的鲁棒性。试验表明,所采用的控制策略和控制系统满足了汽油HCCI发动机实时控制的需求。Homogeneous charge compression ignition(HCCI) combustion is gradually becoming a new combustion mode. However, it is still confronted with problems in real--time control and control system. A CAN--bus--based distributed HCCI control system was designed to obtain closed loop control on HCCI gasoline engine in order to ensure real- time control. Meanwhile, a layered management strategy was developed to achieve highly real--time control as well as to simplify the couplings between the inputs and the outputs. The entire control system was stratified into three layers, responsible for load management, combustion phase control and mechanical system control respectively, each with its own specified closed loop control strategy. The system is outstanding for its explicit configuration, easy actualization and robust performance. The experimental results show that, with the layered management strategy and control system applied, real--time control over HCCl operation becomes possible.
