高能超声聚焦刀联合动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察高能超声聚焦刀（HIFU）联合动脉灌注化疗（健择＋氟尿嘧啶）治疗中晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法43例晚期胰腺癌患者随机分成两组：A组（23例）HIFU联合动脉动脉灌注化疗；B组（20例）单纯动脉灌注化疗。结果A组有效率60．9％，B组为35．0％；A组临床受益率73．9％，B组45％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论HIFU联合动脉灌注化疗方案治疗中晚期胰腺癌有更好疗效。Objective To observe the effect of therapy of HIFU with intra - arterial infusion chemotherapy （ Gemcitabine and Fluorouracil） in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods The data of fourtythree patients with advanced pancreatic cancer Were randomly divided into group A （ HIFU ＋ intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy） and group B （ intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy only）. Results The effective rate in group A was 60.9% and 35.0% in group B. The clinical beneficial rate were 73.9% and 45.0% in group A and B respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Therapy of HIFU with intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy is more effective in the treatment of the advanced pancreatic cancer respctively.
