摘  要:目的:研究DNA甲基转移酶1(DNA methyltransferase1,DNMT1)在膀胱移行细胞癌(transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder,TCCB)组织中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例TCCB组织中DNMT1的表达,结合临床资料,分析其与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性。结果:TCCB组织中DNMT1阳性表达率为(86.7%,52/60),明显高于癌旁组织(43.3%,26/60)及正常膀胱组织(33.3%,5/15)(P<0.01);DNMT1蛋白的阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度和性别呈一定的相关性(P<0.01),与TCCB患者的年龄和临床分期无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:DNMT1蛋白过表达在人TCCB的发生和发展中起一定作用。Objective To investigate the expression of DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT 1) in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (TCCB) and its relationship with oncobiology behaviour. Methods The expression of DNMT 1 in 60 TCCB specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry, and its correlations with oncobiology behavionr parameters were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of DNMT 1 was obviously higher in TCCB (86.7%, 52/60) than that in paracarcinoma tissue (43.3%, 26/60) or normal bladder tissue (33.3%, 5/15) (P 〈 0.01), and was correlated with pathological grade of TCCB and patients' gender (P 〈 0.01 ), but was not correlated with patients' age and clinical stage of TCCB (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Over-expression of DNMT 1 might play an important role in the development and progression of TCCB.
