摘　　要："生态医学"是现代医学建立的新概念。对《黄帝内经》的生态医学思想作了深入发掘,认为《内经》时代中医已基本建立起了比较完备的生态医学思想体系,进而阐述了《内经》生态医学思想的科学内涵,及其对当代医学发展的启示,试图探寻中西医结合的新途径,并对21世纪医学发展的战略走向作出思考。Ecological medicine is a new concept of modem medicine. The paper excavates ecological medicine ideas of Huangdineijing deeply, and obtains the conclusion that modem TCM has basically established complete system of ecological medicine. Furthermore, the paper describes the scientific connotation of ecological medicine ideas of Huangdineijing and their inspiration to latest development of modem medicine. Overall, the paper attempts to explore a new approach of integrating Chinese and western medicine, and makes considerations on strategic orientation of medical development in the 21st Century.
