摘 要:文章以全寿命周期的思想,通过对建筑布局、户型方案、围护结构体系和材料、制冷采暖节能等因素分析,采用现值成本法比较了建筑节能技术与传统建筑技术的成本经济效益差别,指出建筑节能在经济上是合理的、技术上是先进的、环境和社会效益是良好的、正面的。加快建筑节能的发展步伐,是推进建筑业的可持续性发展,建设节约型社会的一项重要措施。This article is mainly developed on the basis of full life cycles of constructions. The author first analyses the factors, for instance, the lay-out of buildings, the plans of living houses, the surrounding and protecting systems, materials, and energy- savings in cooling or heating systems, etc, using the analytical approach of"present value cost". Then, through the comparison of the cost of techniques in the energy-saving of constructions and the cost of techniques in traditional buildings, estimation is made that the energy-saving in buildings is reasonable economically, advanced technically, positive environmentally and profitable in socially. Thus, emphasizing and enhancing the energy-saving in constructions is an important measure to improve the sustainable development in construction industry, and to build an conservation-minded society.
