摘　　要：目的：研究细胞周期调控与子宫内膜癌的关系。方法：应用免疫组化技术对45份子宫内膜癌组织中P21CIP1／WAF1蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）进行检测。结果：45份子宫内膜癌组织中30份（66．7％）P21CIP1／WAF1蛋白阳性，对照组均为阳性（P＜0．01）、PCNA（＋）18份，（＋＋）21份。P21CIP1／WAF1阳性率与PCNA指数呈负相关（P＜0．05）。结论：子宫内膜癌的发生与细胞周期调控有关。To research the relationship between the expression of p21CIP1/ WAF1 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)in endometrial cancer(EMC). Methods: A total of 45 cases samples of EMC with immunohistochemical method were tested. Results: 30 cases (66. 7 % ) showed p21CIP1/WAF1 protein positive expression in EMC and 100 % positive expression in controls(p<0. 01 ). PCNA (+) showed in 18 cases and (++ ) in 21 cases in EMC. p21CIP1/WAF1 protein expression was negative correlated with PCNA index in EMC(P<0.05). Conclusion:The genesis of EMC correlates with cell cycle regulation.
