摘  要:本文从执行力的概念框架入手,结合国有企业执行力的研究现状,分析了影响国有企业执行力的因素,在此基础上,构建了由人员、组织管理、执行过程和执行效果四大模块组成的国有企业执行力的评价指标体系,并且将人员模块分为高层、中层以及基层三个层次,分层次评价和培育国有企业人员的执行力;最后,系统地提出了提升国有企业执行力的对策,以供企业界参考。The text analyzes the factors influence the execution of state--owned enterprises starting off with the concept of execution and combining study status quo of state--owned enterprise execution. Based on above, con struct evaluation indicator system of state--owned enterprise execution composed of four modules i. e. staffs, organization management, executive process and executive effect. Divide staffs into three levels i. e. high lever, medium level and basic level, and evaluate and educate the execution of state-- owned enterprise' s staffs. Last, bring forward the countermeasures for improving execution of state--owned enterprise systematically, and for reference by enterprise circle.
