摘　　要：一、河北省南部食管癌的地理分布 河北省南部是我国主要食管癌高发区之一。1969～1978年卫生部在全国进行的10年和5年癌症全死因调查中,涉县—磁县—临漳县—魏县—大名县食管癌死亡率依次为148—141—98—31—26人/10万,由西向东呈降低趋势]。1996年,作者对中低病区的临漳县和魏县、重病区磁县和涉县共17个乡进行了93～95年全死因回顾调查(表1,2,3)。In the south of Hebei province, the mortality of esophageal cancer (EC) decreases successively from west to east: Shexian-Cixian-Linzhangxian-Weixian-Damingxian. The region is divided into two areas: the west higher esophageal cancer area ( I )(EC mortality >60/100000) and the east lower esophageal cancer area (Ⅱ)(EC mortality<60/100000). Area (I)can be divided into four subregions further: Zhanghe high EC area ( I 1); Mountainous EC reduction area ( I2); Hilly EC reduction area (I3); and Piedmont (pluvial) plain EC rising area (I4);The Zhanghe high EC area (I1) coincides with Zhanghe geologic ecological environment area (A) Mountainous EC reduction area ( I2) and mountainous geologic ecological environment area (B) are the same. Hilly EC reduction area (I3) is roughly same as hilly and First and Second water system (C1) of Fuyanghe geologic ecological environment area (C). Piedmont plain EC rising area (I4) and pluvial area (C2) and Third water system of Fuyanghe geologic ecological environment area (C) are same on the whole. The contents of nitrogen and nitride of the soil, water and grain in the geologic ecological environment decrease one by one in order of pluvial plain>hill> mountain>alluvial plain. This trend is apporaximately consistent with the distribution of EC.
