动物蹄角蛋白分解菌的筛选与鉴定

摘　　要：本试验采用产物测定法,在特定土壤中分离得到一株能够有效分解动物蹄角蛋白的菌株,该菌株在30℃条件下培养3d,对蹄角蛋白的分解率可以达到45.35%。通过形态学观察、生理生化特征及16SrDNA序列分析,鉴定该菌为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。We used a method named ＂Product Test＂ in this experiment, a strain of new animal hoof keratin-degrading bacteria was isolated from particular soil, which incubation of 3 days at 30 ℃ and at pH 8.0 （with shaking 180 r/m） , 45.35% keratin was degraded by this bacteria. After observing the shape of feature and sequencing the 16S rDNA, the strain is identified and named as bacillus subtilis.
