雌激素对去势大鼠阴道和输卵管影响的组织病理学观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素对去卵巢大鼠阴道和输卵管管壁结构和功能的影响。方法SD大鼠（3~6个月）15只,随机分成假手术组、去卵巢组、去卵巢加雌激素组。后两组切除双侧卵巢,卵巢加雌激素组给予雌激素,处死大鼠取阴道和输卵管,观察阴道和输卵管壁各层组织病理学变化,并对上皮的厚度进行计量分析。结果去卵巢大鼠阴道和输卵管明显细瘦萎缩,壁变薄,输卵管上皮细胞明显变矮小,阴道上皮厚度与假手术组和加雌激素组比较0.01%@Objective ： To study the effect of microstructure and function by estrogen on vagina and oviduct＇s in ovariotomy rats. Methods： SD（3 - 6 month） rats were randomly divided into 3 groups： sham operation group, ovariecotomized group and ovariotomy and estrogen group. The last two groups were ovariotomied. The ovariotomy and estrogen groups were injected with estradiol by muscle for 30d after ovariotomy. The animals were sacrificed, vagina and oviduct of rats in all groups were taken out, after the paraffin sections were mended they were observed under the microscope, and then the thickness of the epithelium of the vagina and oviduct was measured. Results： The vagina and oviduct shrunk, their wall and epithelium became thinner. The cells of oviduct＇s epithelium became smaller and lower significantly. The thickness of the epithelium of the vagina was compared with the sham group and estrogen group differences were significant（ 0.01 〈 P 〈 0.05 ） and the height of the oviduct＇s epithelium was also compared（ P 〈 0.01. ） Conclusion： The estrogen can have positive effect on the microstructure of the reproductive duct.
