摘　　要：本文在调查研究的基础上,从自然环境、林业基础设施、林业建设经验、文化底蕴、生态旅游、政府对林业的重视程度等方面对蓟县林业发展进行了全面分析,既对有利条件进行了分析,也对不利因素进行了分析,特别是对林业建设中的用地短缺、资金不足、造林难度越来越大以及生态修复任务繁重等影响蓟县林业发展的制约因子进行了分析,最终确立了蓟县林业发展的总体思路。Based on survey and study, an analyses of forest development in Jixian covering itsnatural environment, forest infrastructure, forest construction experience, cultural level, ecological tourism and government input to forestry was made. Favorable and unfavorable factors of forest development, especially insufficient afforestation land, capital shortage, difficulty in afforestation and ecological rehabilitation were described.
