WWOX在宫颈鳞癌的表达及其与Bcl-2的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究WWOX、Bcl-2在宫颈鳞癌、癌旁组织及正常宫颈粘膜中的表达及两者之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测WWOX、Bcl-2在60例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织、20例癌旁组织和20例正常宫颈粘膜中的表达情况。结果WWOX在宫颈鳞癌中蛋白阳性表达为43.3%,明显低于癌旁正常宫颈粘膜组织(75%)和正常宫颈粘膜(100%);Bcl-2在宫颈鳞癌中蛋白阳性表达为68.3%,明显高于癌旁正常宫颈粘膜组织(35%)和正常宫颈粘膜(25%)。WWOX和Bcl-2的阳性表达在不同病理分级及病理分期之间有差异(P<0.01),两者表达具有相关性(P<0.01),WWOX的阳性表达与淋巴结有无转移有关(P<0.05),Bcl-2的阳性表达与淋巴结有无转移无关(P>0.05)。结论WWOX和Bcl-2的表达与宫颈鳞癌发生、临床进展及预后密切相关,二者在宫颈鳞癌中起相互拮抗作用。Objective： To discuss the representation and significance of WWOX, Bcl-2 in cervix squamous cell carcinoma, adjacent cervical mucosa and normal cervical mucosa. Methods： The representation of WWOX, Bcl-2 in the 20 cases of normal cervical mucosa , 20 cases of adjacent cervical mucosa and 60 cases of cervix squamous cell carcinoma were checked by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results： The representation of WWOX was lower in cervix squamous cell carcinoma than that in adjacent cervical mucosa and normal cervical mucosa（P 〈 0.01 ）. The representation of Bcl-2 was higher in cervix squamous cell carcinoma than that in adjacent cervical mucosa and normal cervical mucosa（P 〈0.01 ）. The representations of WWOX and Bcl-2 were related to the pathological grade and the pathological stage（P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expression of WWOX was significantly related to that of Bcl-2（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The representation of WWOX was closely related to lymphatic metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but that of Bcl-2 was not so （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion ： The positive stainings of WWOX and Bcl-2 are related to the carcinogenesis, progression and prognosis of cervix squamous cell carcinoma , and they resist each other in cervix squamous cell carcinoma.
