雅皓乳膏与碘甘油治疗牙龈炎的临床比较研究

摘　　要：目的观察雅皓乳膏治疗牙龈炎的临床疗效,并与传统药物碘甘油相比较。方法将64名牙龈炎的患者,随机分成实验组(雅皓乳膏)和对照组(碘甘油),每组32人,观察用药前后两组临床症状和菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数的变化。结果两组用药前牙周各项指数的平均值无明显差异(P>0.05)。使用两种药4周后有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论雅皓乳膏对牙龈炎有一定的治疗效果且优于碘甘油。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of YAHAO toothpaste treating gingivitis compared with traditional idoglycerin. Methods： Sixty- four patients with gingivitis were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group （YAHAO toothpaste group） and the control group （idoglycerin group）; changes of clinical symptoms, PLI, GI and SBt before and after treatment were observed. Results： Before treatments, there was no significant difference in the periodontal indexes between the two groups ; after 4 weeks of treatments, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The effect of YAHAO toothpaste treating gingivitis is better than idoglycerin.
