中医“治未病”思想的内涵探讨

摘　　要：实施治未病工程,首先要明确"治未病"的基本内涵,认为"未病"的本意所指为一种特殊的状态,即"病前状态"——既非健康,也非疾病,而是从健康至疾病至疾病之间必然存在的一种中间状态,治未病的内涵及其具体应用主要包括未病养生,重在预防(治其未生);欲病救荫,防微杜渐(治其未成);适时调治,防其发作(治其未发);已病早治,防其传变(治其未传);瘥后调摄,防其复发(瘥后防复)等5个方面,明确了治未病的基本内涵,将为进一步研究中医治未病理论的运用奠定基础。It is the first thing to made the connotation of the ＂Preventive Treatment＂clear before to carry out the ＂Preventive Treatment＂ project.In this article,the ＂not falling ill ＂ means a special state,it is a sub-health state,neither is health,nor is illness.It is a kind of intermediate state between health and illness.The connotation of the ＂Preventive Treatment＂ and its applications are as follow five aspects： to focus on preventing,to cure before a disease,to treat a disease at its initial stage;to prevent deterioration in the course of treatment;to prevent recurrence.Understanding the connotation of ＂Preventive Treatment＂ well would be a sound foundation for further study on theory of ＂Preventive Treatment＂ in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
