摘　　要：通过对婴儿双岐杆菌完整肽聚糖提取机理的研究,确定其工艺路线。结果表明,采用质量分数为10%的TCA对婴儿双歧杆菌菌体70℃作用1 h后,脱脂释放出的磷质量分数较高。再经胰酶和碱性蛋白酶于60℃水浴12 h后,经电镜观察其冻干物细胞形态较为完整。According to the study on the extraction of whole peptidoglycan , we drawed up a set of optimum extraction process of bifidobacterium infantis whole peptidoglycan. The results show： 10% TCA at 70℃ deal with the bacteria lh,then skim,which can release the high phosphorus content. After trypsin and alkaline of the double-enzyme hydrolyzed ,which enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were at 60 and 12h. Transmission electron microscope images showed that the samples are intact.
