摘 要:目的:考察凹凸棒石对中药水煎液中芍药苷和阿魏酸的吸附影响和对无效成分的澄清去除作用。方法:以芍药苷、阿魏酸含量和煎出总固体物量作为评价指标,分别采用不同浓度的普通凹凸棒、酸化凹凸棒、N-琥珀酰壳聚糖、乙醇及自然静置沉淀法处理赤芍水煎液、川芎水煎液和乐脉颗粒水煎液,评价不同澄清剂的吸附澄清效果。结果:在3种水煎液中,芍药苷和阿魏酸含量降低顺序依次为自然静置沉淀法<普通凹凸棒石法<酸化凹凸棒石法<N-琥珀酰壳聚糖法<乙醇法,普通凹凸棒石法和酸化凹凸棒石法2组间差异无显著性。经N-琥珀酰壳聚糖和乙醇处理后的3种水煎液,随N-琥珀酰壳聚糖和乙醇浓度的增加,芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量显著降低。3种水煎液煎出总固体物量降低顺序依次为自然静置沉淀法<N-琥珀酰壳聚糖法<普通凹凸棒石法<酸化凹凸棒石法<乙醇法。结论:凹凸棒石可作为中药水煎液中芍药苷和阿魏酸提取精制的吸附澄清剂。OBJECTIVE To study the adsorptive influence of attapulgite on paeoniflorin and ferulie acid in the extracting procedure of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, and investigate the clearing efficacy of attapulgite on ineffective component. METHODS Using paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and decocted total solid as indexes, radix paeoniae rubra, rhizoma chuanxiong and lemai granules decoction were treated by different concentration of ordinary attapulgite, acided attapulgite, N-succinylchitosan, ethanol, and natural precipitation, respectivelv. Further, these adsorptive effects were evaluated. RESULTS The decreased degrees of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in three decoctions were described as: natural precipitation method〈 ordinary attapulgite method 〈 acided attapulgite method 〈 N-succinylchitosan method 〈 ethanol method. There were no obvious differences between ordinary attapulgite method and acided attapulgite method. With increasing N-succinylchitosan and ethanol concentration, the contents of paconiflorin and femlic acid in three water extracting .solution were decreased significantly. Also,the reduced sequences of decocted total solids in three decoctions were followed as. natural precipitation method〈 N-succinylchitosan method 〈ordinary attapulgite method〈acided attapulgite method 〈 ethanol method.CONCLUSION Attapulgite can be used as a adsorptive clarifier for purifing paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in water extracting proce- dure of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
