摘  要:采用化学还原法,通过将硝酸银溶液滴加到含聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分散剂的抗坏血酸还原底液中制得微细银粉。考察了pH值、硝酸银浓度、抗坏血酸浓度、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用量、还原温度、搅拌速度、硝酸银溶液滴加速度对所制得银粉粒径的影响,用X-衍射和扫描电镜分别对所制银粉的成分和形貌进行了表征。Adopting chemical reduction, fine silver powder was prepared by dropping silver nitrate solution into ascorbic acid solution containing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)as dispersant. The influences of pH, concentration of silver nitrate and ascorbic acid solution, dosage of polyvinylpyrrolidone,reducing temperature, stirring speed and dropping speed of silver nitrate solution on the silver particle size were inspected. The chemical composition and morphology of silver powder were characterized by x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy respectively.
