摘　　要：毒品犯罪有着极为严重的社会危害性。它同黑社会组织犯罪、恐怖主义犯罪并列为当今世界的三大犯罪灾难,多年来一直是国际社会,尤其是国际刑警组织打击和防控的重点。毒品案件是刑事案件中的一类特殊案件,与通常的刑事案件相比,有许多不同之处和特点,这些特点反映出毒品案件在侦查中证据难以收集。因此,在毒品案件侦查中,诱惑侦查是行之有效的特殊侦查手段。Drug---related crime has a very serious perniciousness. It with triad and organized crime, terrorism as the world＇s three crime has been a disaster for many years, the international community, especially the Interpol in combating and prevention and control points. Drug offences is a criminal case of a kind of special cases, often compared to criminal cases, there are many differences and characteristics of these features reflect the drug offences in investigation it is difficult to collect evidence. Therefore, in the investigation of drug cases need to use listening, entrapment, undercover, controlled delivery, and so on special investigative measures.
