摘　　要：利用人脐带血单个核细胞，联合粒／巨噬细胞集落刺激因子和肿瘤坏死因子－ａ，经２周左右可培养出大量树突状细胞，来自在正常人外周的单个核细胞，经ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ和ＩＬ－４作用，８－１０天后亦可培养出大量ＤＣｓ。By adding TNF - α to gronulocyte /macrophage colony - stimulating factor (GM - CSF) together, we can acquire dendritic cells (DCs) from human cord blood. Using GM - CSF and IL- 4, we have also established DCs lines hom blood mononuclear cells. Based on these results, we believe that application of DCs plilsed with acid - eluted pep[ides derived from autologous tumors represents a novel approach of treatment of tumors, and serves as a basis for designing clinical trials in cancer patients.
