进展期胃癌患者T细胞亚群与DNA倍体的相关性研究

摘　　要：采用流式细胞仪检测68例胃癌患者外周血T细胞亚群及癌组织DNA信体。与对照组相比，进展期胃癌患者外周血T细胞亚群比值防病期发展逐渐降低，与DNA二倍体癌相比，异倍体癌其T细胞亚群比值失衡更加显著。结果或可解释病理分级相同的肿瘤，临床表现其生物学行为及预后明显不同的原因。提示．化疗、免疫或基因治疗对异倍体DNA造成免疫系统严重受损的患者临床效果可能显著。This siudy is to find out whether there is correlation between T - lymphocyte subsets and DAA ploidy in 68 gastric cancer pahents and dtienL` anJ 4l normal subjects as the control, using flow cytometry for DNA ploidy. We found that the cell subsets ratio(CD4/CD8) decreases significantly in advanced gastric cancer as contrasted to the controls. The difference of T- cell subsets ration in oancer patients with DNA aneuploidy is likewise great than that in DNA diploidy. This may explain why cancers belonging to same pathological classification have different biological behavior und clinical prognosis. The results sugsest that multimodahty trontment has clinical benefits in these palients with imniunity defect of DNA aneuploidy.
