摘　　要：将技术侦查手段运用到反贪查案中的必要性已经在学界和实务界达成共识,而且在当今国情下也具备相当的可行性。在现阶段反贪使用技侦手段仍然要依靠公安机关,在此基础上应增强可控性,同时针对各种具体情形应灵活运用技侦手段,并注重与一般公开手段的配合。为了更有效地打击贪污贿赂犯罪,对于反贪技侦手段的使用应进行合理的规制,理性地看待"适用原则"和有关"证据转换"的问题。There is no doubt about the necessity of technical measures applied in the investigation against defalcation and bribe. What is more, it is feasible to use technical measures in the current situation of the country. At the present time, we must rely on the Department of Public Security when we use the measures. It is necessary to attain domination and the functional agility, integrate secret measures with open measures. The last, but not the least, we should deal with the principle of applying and the conversion of proof intelligently.
